Doctor Husband purchased residention plot in May 1996 during his first marriage and first doctor wife died in June 1996. He did second marriage in 1997. and second wife is also doctor having own diagnosis center. In 2002, Home building made by 45 lakhs from wife's income and husband has taken10 lakhs as joint home loan with wife. Now, husband gifted the said metrionial home to his first wife's daughter by a gift deed in which he declared that he is the sole owner of the said home building. Now, father & daughter forcing the wife to leave the home and give possession to daughter.
