Withdrawal of provident fund

Does withdrawal of Provident Fund has adverse affect on Industrial Dispute Violation?

I am medical representative and fighting case under section 2(A) of ID Act 1947.

I am in need of money please enlighten me on any adverse affect on withdrawal of provident fund.
