Without approved map property

Dear all,

I am purchasing a 450 s.f.t floor in uttam nagar,Gulab Bagh, Near Nawada Metro station. Perporty is registred thru registry. I had checked the property paper, this property is first time sell out in 1960 & MCD regularised this colony in 1983 vide a notification issued by MCD. There is no approved map by MCD of this property..Is it possible MCD demolish this colony at any time? I had discussed so many dealers that no where is approved map in uttam nager. As delhiies knows so many peoples are residing in uttam nager.

Is it safe property purchasing without approved map? or what is the future of without approved map property whereas property regularised by MCD?

Being a property developed by a governmental body, there would not be any problem in purchasing the property. The approved map would have been kept in the office of the developmental authority / PWD / Survey Department / Revenue Department. You may get one from these offices. Try it.
