Hi All,

Whats wrong if an agreement executed without witness signature?

Absolutely nothing is wrong.  BUT when the other party says that he did not enter into the said agreement, there will be no one to support your case - to say that they were witnesses when the parties signed the agreement.  That is all.  Except this there is nothing wrong.

In this case do remember that it is not wrong not to.. however, in some agreements it is compulsory as well. Remember the difference between compulsory and necessary. Also do not forget that when your document si challenged you have a witness as evidentiary value.

Witness are must  when question of challenge come for an agreement..
