Written statement - civil case - details

hello
in a civil partition suit case, in the written statement stage, how do we know if a written statement is filed.
do i get it to my address or need to request from court on the day of next hearing.
does the written statment usally gets filed on the day of court date or prior to it?
als, is there a strict statuatory limit of 90 days before which a written statemnt is to be filed or is the any additional time requst honoured there?

Which part you play Plaintiff or Defendant?

If plaintif - the Defendant counsel will serve th copy of Written statment to your(plaintiff) counsel,b efore filing into the court.

if defendant - have to serve the copy to plaintiff counsel. if plaintiff counsel is not available then , file with the copy to other side in court.

usaually the court may grant time for 90days for filing written statement on the request. but beyond 90days, the court may[on Adjournment petition] or may not grant time for time for filing written statment.
