Dear Sir(s),
I was C & F agent with the company in the year 1996 and at that time company had terminated my C & F agency and debited an amount about 30.00 lacs against my credit note lying with the company.
The company never provided me copy of accounts and debit note made by the.
I have all the proofs of deliveries made by them.
NOw they sold the entire company to another company.
My question is :
A. It is a case of 1996 came in notice in the year 2000.
B.after that we had made lot of correspondances with all the concerned and gave them all the delivery details.
C. HOw we can get our money back.
D. Can we lodge any case against the firms who got the material.
