Wrong Name in The Property Paper

I purchased a property but by mistake one letter is missing in the middle name in the property paper. Now i am planning to sale the property. but the banker of seller is going to issue the Demand Draft on the name which is mentioned in the Property Paper.

Now How can I resolve this situation.

Dear Mr. Ranjan,

You can get a Rectification Deed registered at the office of the Sub-Registrar concerned for that purpose but in that case you alongwith the previous seller will have to be present there at the same time. If it is not possible then you can furnish an Affidavit stating that both names belong to the same person.

Registered a Rectification Deed and when u registerd Sale Deed u mention a PAN No. each person so u request the Bank Officer and says that is a mistake a type in document so give a dimand draft as per PAN details. Otherwise u registerd a Rectification deed in registrar office.
