My bike was parked in no parking area.. traffice towing van lifted my vehilce and take it to the local traffice police station. where I was charged Rs.200 (Rs.100 for parking in no parking area, & Rs.100 against towing charges. 2 different receipts are given to me)
pls note I had refused to give bribe of Rs 100/- at the time of my vehilce was being lifted. but when I pay this Rs.200/-, The guy there again asked for my driving liscense, unfortunately my driving lisencse was at RTO office for LMV endorsement. so I show them xerox copy of the same along with the xerox copy of my LMV driving test copy and original receipt of fees paid at the time of LMV driving test. I hav my two wheeler liscense valid simnce 2009 up to 2029.
but when I show these documents that guy didn't get convinced and charged Rs 300/- as panelty for the same.
which I feel is completely wrong thing. I want refund of money and if possible willing to take legal action against him.
