my friend is cheated with fake experience certificate from hospital.one of the agent given the certificate and told with md consent he is givng the certificate.,but when the varification comes md rejected the certificates..so what he can do next legally..is it affect my friend for taken certificates....and how can we put the hospital for notice with police..the certicates is with md letter pad and it contains his round seal...no one should get cheated again.
