Hi Friends...
I have filed memo of appearance to accused in 138 case along with 205 application. Now i wish to file the vakalatnama signed by the accused in accused absence. Please guide me.. can i file 205 once again. (No bail taken)
Moreover in view of the SC judgement the case has to be transeferred to accused banker place, for the same i wish to file memo along with citation. Can i do this?
