I'm a law student. I felt that concealment of prior s*xlife, unusual s*xual behavior affects marriage life with a few supporting case laws. Hence I made a PIL sample out of it. I'd like have your opinion of how strong this is.
PS: I know this sounds baseless, but still I made this for domestic peace.

I advise you to channelize your energies by reading PIL cases at length and in depth. This case does not have the teeth - read BALCO case to understand the concept of "locus standi" in PIL cases and the concept of Public Interest. In the case of concealment of pre-nuptial s*xual escapade is a material fact and if successfully proven by the affected party, the Court would grant annulment decree u/s. 12 of the Act. Next, importantly, the courts have not the power to include any provision in the Act, as it is the function of the Legislature. The courts can only interpret the provisions.
