we are students studying final year law in bangalore university, we came to know that Bar Council declared that after enrolment, students must passed the bar exam to practice as an advocate. when will the exams are conducted and give the details of the exams.

Sudha ji, those students who pass LLB from 2010 or later have to clear the BCI entrance exam conducted by them. It was scheduled to be conducted last December but now postponed to March 6th. BCI has sent study material to all the aspirants of the exam. One can access the model question and answer papers at the BCI website.

I cleared my llb before 2010, so does tat mean that i can enrol without writin any exam.

The exam is for 2009-10 pass outs onwards..
