How would a lawyer certify for accounting and book keeping when he is not CA?

As a lawyer if you have knowledge of accounting and book keeping you can use it for your own knowledge but you cant provide service to others only CA can do it

You have studied law, but being a law graduate cannot make a you a lawyer until you enrol yourself as an advocate in the bar council of your state.

If you are enrolled as a lawyer and are also a tax consultatnt then you would be having license for both, on that basis you can certifiy the accounts as an auditor

If you are a lawyer and have licence to practice taxation law then you can go ahead as the firm's taxation lawyer.
