Complaitn corss is comleted in DV case.Oposite party laywer has taken the one week time to file additinal witness.opposite party lawyer is trying to buy the time and drag the case to run for long time.case is already running for more than 2 years.
what if the opposite deosn't file the additinal witness in next date?will court given another date?how long he can drag like this and how many times he can file additional witness?
what is additional witness means...will he add people or will he exbit the evidences?
during the chief affidavit no evidence were produced to support their allegation and in cross alos they said they have not provided any evidence?
no single evidence provided until now for their allegations.but still they claim that they have faced the harrasment and claiming the compensation as well maintenace.how court will consider their claim?
any suggestion to uderstand and close this case ?
