i and my partner have purchased a residential plot and decided to built it into 4 story building .All the expenses will be shared mutually.
One partner wil take ground and first floor and other wil take second and third fllor and parking will be shared equally.
we want to get a partiton deed register in the court stating our share in the building and so that both of them can take loan from bank when required.
but one will get a original partiton deed and other is geeting additional copy of partition deed which is not accepted by bank while giving loan.so what should be done???????
