A boy 18 years & is living wid his maternal grandmother from 6 months of his age,his grandfather expired & his father mother wanted to give him adoption to his grandmather.In his 10th certificate his father,mother named as his grandparents name.Now his grandmother wants to take him legally as adoption.& boy crossed age of 15 years,if they prepared old agreement of adoption before his age of 15 years ,will it be valid & they need to file case in court & under in which provisions ?OR plz provide me in PUNJAB is any custom prevails in JAT community to give & take adoption of over 15 years child ? If do you case related it plz provide me.
