Hi,
My wife has a son from previous marriage. I married her sometime back, now I would like to adopt her son legally. Her ex is a chirstian but my wife is hindu. I am also Hindu. He has the visiting right and he visits once in a six month. He does not provide any maintenance. Even in divorce papers it is mentioned that my wife would not be taking any maintenance from him. My wife is the whole custodian of the child.
Please guide with right direction about adopting the child. Also child has the passort where my wife's ex name is there. I would like to change that too.
I am also facing difficutly to get admission for the child in any school becuase on brith certificate that guy name is mentioned.
