I am asking this question from my friend's behalf ...he is adopted by his uncle(father's elder brother) without signing any paper because his uncle have no son/daughter.His all documents ration card,passport,school certificates etc having his uncle's name as father.Both his uncle and biological father residing together.Presently there is no problem at all.He want to know-
1. what is the rights of my friend?is it same as real son?
2. is he claims his biological father's property ?
