Hi experts,
In DV case wife files her Affidavit in cheif and in affidavit she mentions of some documents as serial no 1, 2 ,3..8 etc.
But no document has been attached witht the affidavit.
All these serial no. 1 to 8 are attached with Exh 5 application but in Xerox.
Questions
1. As these are xerox will court not mark them as exhibits? Also can they produce original at time of cross, or do they have to submit original earlier itself.
2. As these documents are attached with Exh 5 and not with Affidavit ..do they hold any good?
3. Some documents filed under Exh5 even though xerox can help me....now as it is they who have submitted them...can i request judge to exhibit some specific documents?
