What options does a person has after decision of Delhi Cooperative tribunal which contradictory to the records submitted?
Can I file a civil suit?
Can I approach consumer court?
Does Cooperative group housing societies come under the purview of consumer court?
Is going to Hon'ble High Court is the only option ?
Please help me .
