Aicte clarffication

Dear sir,

This is the problem of the eligibility criteria for Assistant professor in Engineering colleges.

Before 2010 the rules for Assistant Proffesor into engineering colleges was M.Sc/MCA/B.Tech and M.Tech Ist class was eligble. Recently the  AICTE have changed it to B.Tech(CSE) with M.Tech(CSE) as eligiblity for assistant Prof essor  in Engineering Colleges.  I want to file a petition RIT on this when the AICTE is allowing M.Sc/MCA qualified candidates to study M.Tech(CSE) why they are not eligible for the post for teaching B.Tech students.

How the AICTE can change the rules abruptly and disqualifying  nearly 10000 members from their current jobs.

I want to file a case on this in the court. Kindly tell me what is the procedure and where I have to file case. what is the legal expences.

with regards

Kavitha rani
