hello i am shiv dayal gupta working as TTA at ballia (UP) .i do not apply for departmental quertar (room) then the adminitration autharity (TDM) alloted me dipartmental quarter and forced me to occupies my room and diduct my hra (which is given by department) . i complain my time about this then administration said me it is alloted acording dipartmental rule and it is BIBHAGIYA NIYAM SAMMAT HAI. there are many problems attach with departmental quertar as.
1.There is no drinking water arrangement
2.There is long herbs and shurbes arround the querter and it is ressidence of poisiones insects and snaks.
3.There is no proper sequirity arangement.
4. Engine alternator room nearby the quertar thus the heavy noise pollution produced.
