Ancestal Property

What preventive measures can be taken if comes to notice through outsiders  that the other co-parcenar is trying to enter into an illegal agreement for sale of ancestral property or part of undivided property without consent and knowledge of other legal heirs?

Pls guide   in the light of situtation of law prevalent in delhi.

First of all you should give public notice that you have share in the property and that there is no partition of the property and so  other cosharers have no right to sell the property.Purchasers are not going tocome forward to purchase such disputed property.
