Ancestral property

We have an ancestral property(agricultural land),which my father has been looking after for the last 40 years since his father died.

My father has put all of his money into converting the empty lands into mango orchards.

My father has one sister who married in 1952, and now her sons have arrived and are requesting the property.

I was wondering if they still had rights to the property after 70 years of their mother's marriage.

As its your father's ancestral probperty therefor your father's siblings obiously ask for it's share . If your father would had buy it by his own money then his siblings would be ineligible to get share.

Your father's sister has right to claim her share in questioned ancestral land .
