Anticipatory bail procedure

The High Court granted ABA as under:

"Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of

twelve weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate."

In the given case whether bail bond and surety may be submitted at the concerned Police station or in the Concerned COURT. Please advise.

Hi,

The bail bond money is usually deposited at the policae station.  In any case, you may still reconfirm that from the police officers and proceed accordingly.

Best regards,

You have the option to surrender before the Court and get released on Bail.
