Dear all,
What is Letters Patent? What is the procedure for filing an appeal under LP? I have tried to look out for the material on this subject, but I am not satisfied with what I could lay my hands on. I have one Service Case and my seniors are advising me to prefer LPA in the High Court. I have no experience in the High Court. Can I go directly to the HC and file the LPA? Please provide the correct information about the procedure and the stages that the case would pass through.

Kidnly go through the Bombay High Latent Patent Appeal Rules. If you are practising in Bombay, you can get the copy from the 2nd floor Bar Library. Or try searching for the same at some Law Book Store.
