No, purchaser has purchased the power grinder for commercial purpose so purchaser can not invoke the provisions of Consumer protection Act 2019 and his complaint is liable to be dismissed on said ground.

The commercial buyer cannot approach consumer commission for deficiency in service.
If the product is defective then he can assess the damage and file a recovery suit in the civil court provided it is not due to the wear and tear.
