Hi,
I have a company "X" who has entered into an agreement with "Y". Now compzny "Z" which is a wholly owned subsidiary of "X" wants to provide services to "Y" but Y is not willing to sign a new contract. Can i amend the existing contract between "X" and "Y" to add "Z" as a party?
