We have purchased a house where neigbour irritates to us as he knows we belongs to SC community, generally he, his wife and his daugher using bad language to irritates to us, we did not care last year he cross his all limit, so we did not find any except to FIR on 21.01.2010 against him under 3 SC/ST act and 354.
Now understood after one year police is trying to close matter. Although our witness are fool proof 2 times two areas DSP came to our house to know the fact but all are vain police is supporting him.
Please advise me what I should do what is my right.
