Are there any laws governing the timing of an online public auction??? The said auction has a Pre-Bid EMD for the same.
We participated in an online auction wherein the Auctioneer increases the timing of the entire auction with all lots by 8 mins. This has forced us the customers to stay all night just so that any competitor does not just add a Rupee up and take the Lot away at 4 am in the night.
Please help me for the same.
