Hi, I'm working in an organisation and also work for another organisation in my free time. I'm not a registered employee of this 2nd organisation. Now the director of this 2nd organisation wants to become an authorised signatory. I want to know will it hamper to be a part of two organisations simultaneously ? In case of any legal issues will I be equally responsible as an authorised signatory?
