Dear Members,
Can a Public Servant or Public Officer be employed for enforcing the execution of awards and he is strictly bound to follow each and every word of that award ? If possible please help me by providing precedents, especially of U.P. or Supreme Court of India,
Sub-Registrar is not considering the contents of award (made under Arbitration and Concillation Act, 1996) to be a judgement? What to do next and how ?
