Bail application

You dont require bail under section 12 of Domestic Violence act.

There is no arrest in Domestic Violence case until you disobey any order given by court during the course of proceedings or after the final judgement.

Bail is generally required in 498a case filed by wife.

Thank for your reply. i am attant only one herring and in this herring jujge take the counselling. in counselling my wife totally deny the allegation and also say that i was filling the case in under presser of my father. what happaned if i not attending future herring? this is not a posible to attant every herring bcoz 2500KM  distence and also my job.

also can case will be transferable in my city court?
