Dear Sir,
I participate in PNB auction of property,I declear as the sucessfull bidder .Bank Mention in there notice that "Authorise officer of PNB has taken the possission under SARFASI Act 13(4)."
But Still Brrower are staying at there, and bank bank saying that it's my (bidder) responsibility to get possession,they telling me that bank clear say in there notice that "AS IS WHEARE IS AN AS IS WHAT IS BASSIS"
But as per my knowledge bank is bounded to give possession the possession to sucessfull bidder.
pls guide in this case what I have to do.
