my dad was killed bymy father Dr Shib Nath Shaw has been murdered by our neighbour(motilal shaw and his 3 sons dabbu shaw,pappu shaw and mukesh shaw)infront of our house on 26/02/2013.Among them only motilal shaw and dabbu shaw were arrested and other two are still absconded.motilal shaw gt bail on 19/04/2013 by judge court on the ground tht he is 68yrs old and last week on 7th august 2014 dabbu also got bail.we afraid that motilal and his sons will kill us also.they are continuously delaying the trial dates and thier lawyer are not ready to questions witness. next trail date is on 25th and 26th august when me n my brother r summoned to witness.but i m really upset with the system ,how a murderer with all proofs against them gt bail...do we have any option now to protect ourselves??
