I had paid more than Rs 1,1 lakh for content writing to a brahmin cheater BBM housewife nayanshre hathwar who now refuses to reply, Bengaluru cybercrime has also refused to take action because she is well connected, a brahmin  has powerful friends and relatives, who are allegedly falsely claiming the mediocre nayanshree has a Btech 1993 EE degree as reward for cheating me.  What are the options for an engineer and small business owner to recover her hard earned money and end the resume theft?
