Dear Sir,
I resigned from my current organization on 7th of October. But my company has not paid me the Bonus for the year 2013-2014. They are saying that as per appointment terms Bonus will not be paid to the resigned employee.
Further i have served 25 days notice period, since i had to join the new company. My HR is telling that my F & F will be processed only after 60 days as per company policy. My September 14 salary and October 7 days salary is kept on hold.
Please suggest me what action shall i take against them. I want all my dues to be settled as i have worked loyally for 3.5 years, since there was no more growth in organization, i have to leave and now they are acting strange with me.
