Dear all,
I have apartment registered on 25th September 2005 and till now buiklder has not handed over the apartment with the all the faciltities. But BAnk has started EMI from 2006 October. I am not sure it is responsibility of Bank to disburse the amount based on the progress instead of In full before it completes. Is there anything that I can fight back with the bank on this issue. I see favourability done to the builder as Builder forced me to pay full saying that bank will disburse in full.
Suggestion would be appreciated.
