Hi,
My father and uncle had purchased and land and 2 floors were built. My father passed away past 2yrs.
The property deed is with my uncle who stays on the first floor. I stay on the second floor and there is a terrace on top of us. My dad had already made colums on terrace for future.... so that we can make the third floor. The question is that who has the right to build on terrace... Do we have as the terrace is on top of our floor. OR do both uncle and i will have to share the place....
We pay different tax for our floors, the flats are registered in different names and so are the light meters.
Please help and suggest...
