Hi,
We had a partnership buissness running since last 26+ years. As we are not been given the share or allowed to take part . we have givena notice to dissolve the firm from feb 2011 and distributed the same to the concern departments for cancellation of all the licenses( health, shop act, etc)
but to our surprise the other partners are not closing down the buissness even after dissolution notice.
and we have noticed that there are other people residing in the firms property.
What can be done. ?
is it legal to continue the buissness even after dissolution and use buissness property for personal use ..?
