In my apartments, builder is charging Rs 3000 every month for a 2 bhk flat but providing no security, club, community hall etc. There are some guards who don't stop anybody,, there are no cctv cameras on main gate and lift lobbies, stairs. Recently there were some thefts and attempts of thefts and then the residents learned that no police verification has been done for guards, labourers and other staff. We have communicate the same to builder several times but no action has been taken. If we stop paying maintenance, we won't have electricity because they have installed prepaid meters and they deduct electricity charge along with maintenance from it. Kindly suggest legal options.
