Hi Team,
I had availed personal loan from BArclays Bank in 2008 for 40k and had paid about 10K INR to the bank. Later due I had failed to repay the loan and had become a defaulter.
Now they bank is claiming to pay 81k for closure of loan. I am being bullied by fincruise people stating to harass me. I am requesting them to proceed with legal steps and to put infornt of court. And later i would pay the amount said by Court in 2-3 installments including legal paper charges.The people from Fincruise are bullying me and harasseing me by visiting my home and talking all sort of unusual words.
How should i react for this. PLease advice.
