I want to know what is a business conducting document. I want to open a restaurent at a rented space. The owner is asking to make the aggrement as the Business Conducting document.
1. I want to know what are the advantages and disadvantages of this.
2. Does this give any right of my business to the owner of the property.
3. Can I take the loan on for the business on the basis of this aggrement .
