our ancestral property in kodungalor,trichur dist. kerala was partioned in year 1955. in the bhapathram it was mentioned as 21/2 shares with one share to my mother and one share to me (two years) and my brother was in the womb and hence 1/2 share. the property was registered, and survey no also procured then itself. subsequently after three years i had one more brother. my mother has passed away 12years back. now the querry is that suppose we dispose of the property on what ratio of share we have to divide the income. wheather (1) to me ONE SHARE+ 1/3-1PART OF MY MOTHERS SHARE (2) 1/2SHARE+1/3 PART OF MOTHERS SHARE (3) 1/3 SHARE OF MOTHERS SHARE..
