Can 7/12 of a land I purchases be tranferred on my name

Hi All,

I want to purchase a  agriculture land and no one from my family is having 7/12.  As per  my knowledge  I can purchase this land after making it as NA on name of the perosn from whom I am purchasing the land. But then after can my name will be added on original 7/12 of this land?

yes you can purchsae NA plot.

But can my name will be added on original 7/12 of this land so that I can have 7/12 then onwards ( first ever in my family)?

Dear Sir,

Greetings !

We have extra space of society office and common toilet ( approx. 350 sq. ft. ) which is included in calculation of FSI as per our existing building plan. In new building society office and common toilet  will be free of FSI so few members want to adopt existing members flat area after distributing this 350 sq. area proportionately to all existing members to make the redevelopment proposal 1:1 (FSI:TDR). This way members also want some extra benefit from this area of corpus, rent and additional area. As a lay man we understand that If we do not add this in our existing area than builder will take benefit out of this and society will be looser. Please guide us on this what is the proper procedure to follow.
