I have filed a complaint against my husband and my in laws in CAW cell as they used torture me for dowry and to submit my whole salary to them which I did fulfill for 6 months but the moment I stopped they stopped having any relationship with me and I was thrown out of the house , so I have filed a complaint.
My dad gifted my a car and jewellery on wedding which they socially refuse to return.
Then I filed an intimation in Police Station that the car is in their keeping and if any accident happens from it, I will not be responsible as the car is under my name.
Now they have filed counter complaint that her car has been parked in our parking and it is occupying our space and if any theft happens they will not be responsible.
They have bought a Constable and making him call that they are willing to give car back kindly collect from police station tomorrow, but the constable will not put any stamp or signature on it in his presence.
So we are sceptical about it.
Our lawyer said to not to go , as we can ask CAW cell for making him return my car.
Q-1 How can CAW CELL help in this case will they register any entry that the car has been returned on so and so date?
Q-2 Can I ask my in laws to bring the car on the cell?
Q-3 What should I do in general in such case?
