I am living in a rental apartment in mumbai and signed a 11 months rental agreement with the owner.
Now the ownership has changed . Can the new owner terminate the curent rental agreement (with previous owner) and asked to vacate the flat without giving notice ? or he has give to one month notice to vacate the flat ?
can the new owner ask to vacate the flat on frivolous reasons ?
