Need to understand the following - There is a car manufacturer who is denying ownership / responsibility of repair or replacement of a manufacturing defect citing reasons of the car not being in the warranty period and is trying to act charitable by offering 25% waiver on total repair/replacement cost as a goodwill gesture.
This matter is going on for more than 2 years and the manufacturer is not ready to accept 100% ownership of the defect and has caused severe inconvenience by not resolving the matter.
