STAY order on construction was given by lowere court.
stay order was challenged in high court for interm relief and the case was dispose.
how can i track if they move to SC.can they get relief in SC?
will i get notice of SC.
Advocate told if you feel so you can go to SC and apply for xxx (xxx he used word like something like conjection)
please explain if possible. thanks in advance.
