Caveat for the order passed by the Lower court

The order passed by the Lower court ( Sr Div) under/order of  43 Rule 1 CPC regarding the injuction vocation Misc appeal allowed. We have filed the caveat filed in the High court for the order passed by lower court.

The respondents can file the what type of appeal in the high court?

What  type of  precaution can we follow?

The trees are required top cut in the SSC property, what type of procedure to be followed.

No correct advice can be given without understanding the whole case. Please provide complete details with dates and other landmarks.

You should always avoid fililing caveat in higher courts since unless the case of the opposite party is most strong no court will pass any order against you.

So by filing the coveat you are saving valuable time and efforts ot other side in sending notices of the any action filed against you.
